We are conviently located just 1/2 a mile off of Interstate 40 in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

From Nashville:

  • Interstate 40 East- exit # 226 B, Loop over the interstate and continue North on Mt. Juliet Rd. for 1/2 mile. Clinic will be on your left.
  • Hwy 70 (Lebanon Rd.) toward Mt. Juliet. Turn Right on N. Mt. Juliet Rd (at Eckerds). Go 3 miles. Clinic will be on your right just past West Wilson Middle School.


From Lebanon:

  • Interstate 40 West- exit # 226, turn Right going North on Mt. Juliet Rd. for 1/2 mile. Clinic will be on your left.
  • Hwy 70 (Lebanon Rd.) toward Mt. Juliet. Turn Left on N. Mt. Juliet Rd (at Walgreens). Go 3 miles. Clinic will be on your right just past West Wilson Middle School.

    We are located across the street from Mt. Juliet First Baptist Church and Mt Juliet Christian Academy.
